No other Austrian city has changed so much as
Linz over the last decades. This dynamic city with an exceptional quality of
life and a thriving economy is developing in the rhythm of the country's high
technology industry. Over the past few years, ultra-modern galleries have
appeared in Linz and many interesting buildings, reminiscent of construction
for filming science fiction films. At the same time the old part of the city is
still an ideal place for leisurely walks along the charming cobbled streets
with medieval Baroque architecture.
